Journals are available giftwrapped in vintage book pages. Silhouettes are not available for gift wrap, but are delivered in a black folio, tied with twine, all set for gifting!

If your package is lost or delayed by the USPS, please contact them directly to help in locating your package. Once a package has been lost/missing for more than 20 days, I can file an insurance claim. Prior to that time, my hands are tied!

In order to file and insurance claim and replace your products, I will need photos of the damaged packaging (box or envelope) as well as photos of the damaged items. Please make sure you snap photos so that we can resolve your damaged package situation as quickly as possible!

Due to the custom nature of silhouettes, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless your package arrives damaged. For all other items, please contact me for information.

Most items in my shop qualify for free first class shipping. Upgrades are available at checkout! When ordering a card or bookmark, these items will not have tracking information available, as they will be put into a regular envelope with a standard first class stamp. Tracking information is available for these items for an additional cost. Please contact me prior to purchasing if you would like tracking information on your greeting cards or bookmarks! Thank you!

All items shipped to Germany are packaged in paper, and all items are recycleable. As often as possible, packaging materials are REUSED, to avoid adding new packaging into circulation. Shop is compliant with LUCID laws.
